To the Owner, the Boss, and the Service Dept. Manager,
I have wanted to write to you about an
in your Service Dept. on February 4, 2010
exceptional service event that took place.
The Service advisor,
Julie Moore 449, was outstanding in providing customer
service,
What was truly surprising to me was the fact that, at my last visit (several months
earlier), Julie had quoted me some prices on new tires, and when I said I'd like to
purchase a set, she dug through her basket of notes and still had the estimate
from that previous visit. WOW. Moreover, she was able to handle a water pump
service recall, perform a vehicle overall inspection, take care of my battery issue,
do a LOF,keep me up-to-date on other service needs for my Civic, and all at a
price she had estimated ahead of time, and within 1 day in shop. This type of
outstanding service needs to be recognized and complemented by the public (ME)
and the dealership (YOU). So JULIE,here's to you! Thanks so much. I hope the
boss gives you a well-deserved raise. Or a NEW CAR
discussion, and help as she took care of servicing my 2006 Honda Civic.

car washed for free, she and Jack sang Happy Birthday to me (don't ever let Jack
Karaoke in public), and, when I went to drive off, found that Julie had stuffed two
big Balloons in the back seat of my Civic, wishing me a Happy Day. Unbelievable!
